You’ll embark on an extraordinary 3-day safari adventure through Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s most diverse and scenic wildlife reserve. This journey invites you into the heart of East Africa’s wilderness, where sprawling savannahs, dense forests, and shimmering waterways converge to host a spectacular array of wildlife.

Additional Information

  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
  • Don’t forget to bring sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, comfortable clothes and hiking or tennis shoes.
  • Not recommended for travelers with back problems
  • The tour start at 5:30am but the pickup times will be between 4am and 5:30am
  • May be operated, under request by a multi-lingual guide
  • A moderate amount of walking is involved at both attractions.
  • Waiver will need to be signed attesting to good health conditions

Cancellation Policy

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • The tour start at 5:30am but the pickup times will be between 4am and 5:30am
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

What To Expect

Transfer to Uganda Queen Elizabeth National Park

You’ll meet your guide and, after a briefing, embark on your scenic journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You’ll make a short break at the equator in Kayabwe, participate in some hemispheric experiment, and enjoy a local cuisine lunch before proceeding to Queen Elizabeth. On arrival, you’ll check into your lodge overlooking the park. You’ll enjoy dinner and relax, preparing for the adventures ahead.

Game Drive and Boat Safari on Kazinga Channel

You’ll set out for a morning game drive in Kasenyi Plains, known for its diverse wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, and more. You’ll return to the lodge for breakfast and some leisure time. After lunch, you’ll embark on a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway connecting Lake Edward and Lake George. You’ll enjoy sightings of hippos, crocodiles, and numerous bird species. You’ll return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Morning Game Drive and Departure

You’ll set out for a final morning game drive in a different sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park. You’ll return to the lodge for breakfast and check out. You’ll transfer back to Kampala, stopping for lunch en route. Depending on your departure time, you’ll relax at a hotel near the airport or proceed directly to Entebbe International Airport for your onward journey.
